Half the homes for sale in Cyprus are asking more than €400,000 — about £343k — and half less. That is 13% below the middle of the 31 islands on this site.
Renting, the middle of the market is €2,500 a month (£2k).
Put together, that is a gross yield of about 7.5% — before any of the costs that make a real return smaller.
