If something on this site is wrong, we want to know, and we will fix it.

The usual cases

• A listing is no longer for sale. We read agents' sites nightly, so a withdrawn listing normally disappears within a day. If it has not, tell us and it goes immediately.
• The details are wrong. The details are the agent's, as published. If the agent's own page is wrong, they need to correct it — but tell us anyway and we will chase it.
• The wrong sale or planning record is attached. Address matching is done by text. If a record on a page belongs to a different property, send the page and we will remove the match.
• You are an agent and want your listings removed. Say so and they come out, in full, the same day. No argument.
