The listings belong to the agents. Descriptions and photographs are theirs, shown so you can find the property and go to them. Always check details with the agent before acting.
Nothing here is advice. Not legal, tax, valuation or investment advice. Estimates are labelled as estimates and show their assumptions.
Data may be wrong or stale. We publish what we can evidence and say when each listing was last read. We cannot warrant that a listing is still available or correctly described.
Re-use. Our own analysis may be quoted with a link. The listings and photographs are not ours to license, and the JSON API is for personal and research use, not for republishing a competing feed.
