Half the homes for sale in Malta are asking more than €445,000 — about £381k — and half less. That is 3% below the middle of the 31 islands on this site.
Renting, the middle of the market is €1,700 a month (£1k).
Put together, that is a gross yield of about 4.4% — before any of the costs that make a real return smaller.
