Every listing that stopped appearing since we started keeping this was an agent renumbering their own advert — the property is still for sale under a new address, and those redirect rather than being recorded as departures. Real departures land here from the first night one happens.
The archive starts from the day we began stamping listings with their own identity, so it deepens from here rather than reaching backwards.
