Half the homes for sale in the Seychelles are asking more than $595,000 — agents here quote USD rather than the local SCR, which is worth knowing before you compare anything — about £436k — and half less. That is 11% above the middle of the 31 islands on this site.
Renting, the middle of the market is $11,016 a month (£552).
Put together, that is a gross yield of about 3.0% — before any of the costs that make a real return smaller.
