This pristine seafront property boasts over 31 Acres of natural forested land and will over 1,500 ft of olden sandy beachfront less than a half a mile north of where the Sibun River meets the Caribbean Sea. The property boasts coconut palm filled beachfront with virtually no mangroves and offers solid, dry land along the coast that stretches westward towards a protective ridge at the back facing Boom Creek and the Jones Lagoon. Shifting tides in this area, known as Playa Escondida, can conceal and expose as much as 75 ft on a sandbar along the beac which can provide abundant sand to reclaim and developed the beachfront. Depths in the area up to 150 ft out range between 3 to 5 ft. The property is approx 6.5 mls from Belize City by boat and just 2.5 mls from the Old Belize Marina located near Mile 5 along the George Price Highway. The property is currently only accessible by boat either from the North via Old Belize and Belize City or from the South through a path that will take you along the Burdon Canal into the Jones Lagoon, through Boom Creek unto the Sibun River mouth and out to the Caribbean. There are no utilities or infrastructure on the property. Wind and Solar power back by diesel generators would be your source for electricity while, rainwater catchment and storage system would be necessary to provide water. While not yet developed, this property sits just a few miles north of a planned roadway that will be developed to access the approved Port of Magical Belize located approx 3 miles to the South.
