Lighthouse Point itself is a strong fortress of a building with stone-covered walls and bold doors as those of a castle. Condo #1 is the only ground floor condo with 2 parking spaces in the rear of the building with easy access to the covered patio. Complete with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area as well as lounging/living room that leads out to the private patio. Lighthouse Point has a solar array on the roof that offsets much of the electric costs and is close proximity to several restaurants, grocery store and attractions such as the Turtle Farm and Car Museum. In case you can't stay all 6 weeks, short term rentals are allowed. An on site restaurant with ocean views is open to residents and the public with the dive shop.
