The kitchen has custom-built cabinets and granite countertops, and the house is fully insulated, including all the interior walls for soundproofing. The cistern holds 12,700 gallons of water. Greenwood Beach is a 7-mile-long pink sand beach and is one of the best-kept secrets of the Bahamas. Cat Island has the highest hills, spectacular reefs and bird-life, blue holes, several boutique hotels and restaurants.
