Sky Beach Club is a boutique beachfront turn-key resort located at Hut Point, approximately 5 miles south of Governor's Harbour International Airport and three miles north of Governor's Harbour. The property fronts the Atlantic Ocean and sits on elevated terrain with panoramic ocean views. The site comprises approximately 21.151 acres, with 617 linear feet of sandy beachfront and approximately 958 feet of road frontage. Elevation rises to roughly 135 feet above sea level, providing excellent drainage and beautiful views across the property and the ocean. Existing improvements include three guest bungalows, one villa/house, a restaurant and dining area, a swimming pool, a beach cabana, a maintenance building, and a security booth. The resort has 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. All buildings are reinforced concrete construction with hurricane-impact windows and doors, tiled floors, ductless air conditioning, and quality interior finishes. Villas feature balconies with sea views, while the restaurant and pool area serve as the central guest amenity space.
