"The Cays" is a nature friendly gated community that is 90% built out. The homes here are surrounded with natural landscaping consisting of many native palms, fruit trees and flowering plants. Located on the Great Bahama bank on the south side of the island, the water frontage here offers an array of marine life. It allows one to explore the natural wonders of the many small islands, mangrove creeks and the sand banks. There is excellent bone fishing and isolated beaches that are all a short kayak, paddle board or boat ride away. Amenities include a bar and grill, a small beach, private docks, a freshwater swimming pool and a boat ramp.
