What this does and does not tell you
A multi-agency instruction is a seller widening the net, and the ones that have also cut the price are the clearest signal on this page. But it is not proof of a keen seller: some properties go multi-agency because they are difficult, some islands treat joint instructions as normal, and a few of these are the same firm appearing twice under different branches. Read it as a place to start a conversation, not as leverage.
